"ArchHub" and related logos, product and service names are trademarks of ArchHub. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ArchHub. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We make no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and ArchHub concerning the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
